To initiate a return on an item, login to your account and click the return button next to the item.
This must be done within fourteen(14) days of delivery or the return button will not appear. Full refunds will be given for items which are received in the same state that they were delivered.
Items which are ineligible for return:
- Customized items
- Done to order items
- Intimates
- Earrings
